My Mom was complaining about her age and I thought it might perk her up to dye her hair.

I used a non-permanent hair color that wraps the hair with color without using ammonia.
This is a gentle way to color your hair without the harsh chemicals or smell. The hair dye I used will wash out in 28 shampoos. The box that the hair color came in had great instructions on how to color your hair. It covers taking a sample hair and testing to see how long it takes to color and other safety precautions. I liked this non-permanent style for someone older like my Mom.

It took me about 30 minutes to help Mom turn back the clock.
