I show how to replace the motor and fan in a Nautilus exhaust fan in a bathroom.
I wasn't able to purchase the whole kit with the housing, so I just replaced the motor and fan.
If you have a fan that needs to be replaced, this is a great do it yourself job. You only need a screwdriver and an adjustable wrench.
 If you remove the old bracket with the fan attached and bring it to the hardware store, you will be able to match up a new replacement kit, or match up a new motor quickly.

I replace a bath fan with a new kit that has the motor, fan and bracket.

This is an easy, do it yourself project. Just remove the old bracket that holds the motor and fan and take it to your local hardware store for a replacement kit.

Bath fans do a great job of removing humidity, odors and chemicals from the bathroom.
