Here are some of the recommended heights when you are replacing towel bars and toilet paper holders.
Towel bars for adults 48" from the floor.
Towel bars for kids 36" from the floor.
Towel bars above the toilet 21" to 28" from the top of the toilet.
Robe hooks 70" from the floor and 9" apart.
Toilet paper holders 26" from the floor.
